    Prevention Measures

    We’re ready for the reunion!

    We present you with a series of measures we have taken to ensure that during your stay you only have to worry about enjoying your holidays with your loved ones. We have reinforced prevention measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

    These measures will be applied according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and constitute an adaptable guide.

    General measures LOLA de TRIANA Apartments

    1. Our staff have been trained in Covid-19 preventive measures.
    2. Our personnel have the necessary protective equipment at all times.
    3. We carry out a daily control of the health of our workers with a affadavit of not having been in contact with any infected person in the last 15 days.
    4. We have reduced capacity, including for the lifts.
    5. We provide disinfectant gel in several different locations.


    Measures in cleaning services

    1. We use an ozoniser to disinfect the apartments. The ozonisers are able not only to destroy the coronavirus (and other viruses and bacteria) but also to kill other harmful elements and bad odours, leaving a more breathable and healthy environment.
    2. Our laundry assures and certifies the treatment of the clothes at more than 60º and with disinfectant products.
    3. We do not clean the apartment while the client is inside it.
    4. We use disposable cloths in every cleaning upon the client’s exit.
    5. We use disposable mops for floor cleaning.
    6. At the customer’s request, we provide sanitizing gel and courtesy masks.
    7. An external specialised and approved cleaning company certifies that the cleaning of the rooms is carried out in accordance with the Covid-19 prevention measures established by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.


    Measures in technical services

    1. All personnel are provided with the necessary individual protection and safety equipment.
    2. We carry out repairs in the apartments, as far as possible, without the client being present. If this is not possible, we maintain a safety distance at all times.
    3. We disinfect all areas where there has been intervention.
    4. We constantly renew the air in the common areas, at a temperature of 23º-26º, and we clean the filters daily.
